Arrived and super nice receptionist. Unfortunately, this was but already all of the good organization. At the manifest a chaos and the person responsible for manifesting very unmotivated and forgot every 2 minutes the names and who, what wanted. After about 4 hours of waiting and already received place / winch instructions it was not possible to get a parachute because no one knew which are available and which are not. An absolute chaos.
The instructors all super nice and also all wanted to help, but unfortunately each not more than 1-2 minutes.
Very sad, could not make a single jump despite pre-registration by mail despite great weather.

I can not recommend further. – via

Haven’t jumped yet to experience the actual jump since we’ve been waiting since 10am and it is now almost 1pm. They never gave us a heads up that we will be waiting hours on end before our jump.. it’s not a well timed event considering they’re so strict on arrival times. My advice is to bring food or check in and come back later.. we’re on holidays and leave tomorrow and had planned other activities today that we have now had to cancel due to time which is disappointing.. the initial excitement has worn off waiting in the heat. Cant wait to jump though; hopefully not too much longer.

**update**
After waiting all day, our flight was cancelled and now we have flown back home to perth, we gotta skydive here which defeated the purpose of experiencing it in Byron ‍♀️ the team were rude when approached about what was going on, they acted annoyed but expected us to already know. Disappointing experience and wouldn’t ever do their engagement package.. what a joke that would be.. – via

Me and my friend Ellie were travelling from the Uk and booked to do skydive Byron bay. Absolutely amazing experience, all the team were fantastic, good fun and we couldn’t have felt more safe! Would 100% recommend this experience. Shoutout to Dan and DK who jumped with us, but equally all staff gearing us up and on the front desk were fab. Couldn’t have had a better time! – via
