I’m just wondering.. what does a person have to do to schedule a jump?? I’ve been calling since early this year.. literally for months now. Nobody ever answers the phone and the mailbox is always full. Which doesn’t allow anyone to leave a message. I have even tried physically going to your facility on multiple occasions and nobody is ever there to talk to. I have a gift certificate that I have been trying to use all year long and its about to expire. At this point I assume that since you’ve already collected the money for this that I won’t be getting my jump OR my money out of this? Its clear that once you get your money you have no concern for the customer whatsoever. Soo.. it definitely makes me question what kind of business you’re running. – via
