Skydive Acapulco offers you the Tandem System , with only 20 minutes of training, you can enjoy the excitement of parachute jumping accompanied by a certified instructor from a height of 10,000 feet for a free fall of 45 seconds in which you will experience one of the Sensations you could imagine, ending with a low flight on a multicolored parachute until you landed gently on the beach. I had done tandems in the past, but I saw a Groupon for this skydive place in Waseca . . . which I’d never heard of.
I did my first, and only static line, solo jump with these guys.
It was one of the best, most horrifying, and exciting experiences of my lifetime, which is probably the most perfect compliment I could give.
They taught me to safely, jump out of a plane, and survive, on my own. No injuries and a soft landing, all in one day.
I drove down from MPLS, and boy was it worth it.
I will never forget my experience at Northstar. Thanks again to the 2010’s-ish crew for the wonderful experience.

I got my boyfriend a Skydiving package with Skydive Northstar LLC. We met the husband and wife who own the place and they are fantastic! They are very serious and honest about what they do, the safety, and realities of skydiving. But they are SO FUN and humorous! They made Josh feel comfortable and excited even though he was a little nervous (as anyone would be). He had a blast and we would seriously go back to them any time. Highly reccomend! – via
