Добрый день всем. Во-первых, хочу выразить благодарность за сегодняшний прекрасный полёт на воздушном шаре компании SKY BALL и, конечно же, за профессиональность. Наша команда тоже была очень жизнерадостной и довольной всем процессом полёта. Только очень жаль, что одна женщина, кот. Присутствовала там с сыном, оскорбительно выразилась насчёт наших гостей, сказав «смотрите тащат сюда своего ребёнка». Я на ответ сказала ей, что, извините, но никто никого не тащит никуда- это ребёнок наших друзей, кот. прилетели к нам из Латвии отпраздновать день рождение . В ответ получила « и что, они решили тащить ребёнка с собой?» В это время мой муж увидев , что женщина продолжает свой агрессивный тон ,сказал ей « Пожалуйста займитесь своими делами». Также хочу добавить , что когда она села в микроавтобус- не поздоровалась ни с кем в ответ. Потом мы узнали, что она еще и пожаловалась на водителя, якобы он орал на неё. Но уверяю никто из присутствующих ни на кого не орал, а команда SKY BALL -а были чрезвычайно вежливы со всеми. Постскриптум:
Никто не орал или что то там такое, чтоб кто то вмешался, а директор вообще не был в курсе нашего разговора, так как он был занят подготовкой к полёту. ДЛЯ ЭТОГО НАДО БЫЛО СПЕЦИАЛЬНО ПОДСЛУШИВАТЬ ЧУЖОЙ РАЗГОВОР!!! – via
