Had an amazing time ziplining here, despite the weather being very overcast she at times heavy rain, we still really enjoyed the ziplines.
We were lucky that the queue was pretty short when we arrived, but it was very long when we left. There was a 20-25 minute wait once we’d got the equipment set up, to get on the sky tram up to the top, the guide explained it was running slow and needed repair (apparently it broke the next day so people were taken up in cars instead). The tram is about 15 minutes up and has some good views, even in the bad weather.
At the top there’s to opportunity to get a photo on ‘The Hand’ with the lake view.
The first zip line is relatively short to get used to it, then it’s straight into one of the longer ones for the start of 5 very long and fast, exhilarating lines, so high above the ground and great views! Staff are really friendly and helpful, and the wait between each one is only a few minutes at most. The last one is a relatively short one to get you back down to the same level as the entrance.
Small shop at the bottom with the usual souvenirs for sale, and some lockers to store bags etc. If needed – recommend putting everything in it (phone, wallet etc.) if you don’t have zipped pockets. No bags allowed either, for obvious reasons.
Photos are taken off you and your group on the sky tram, the hand, and the first couple of zip lines, which you can buy and get the full set to choose some good ones yourself, you can also hire a go-pro helmet to record your experience too. – via

Die Zipliningtour ist Mega! Sehr empfehlenswerte.
– via

(Translated by Google) Incredible place, my boyfriend and I did the sky limit tour and the guides Jean and Macel got 10, there are too many activities on this tour at an excellent price… I’ll be back! And the views of the volcano and lake, not to mention, during the tour and from the restaurant!

Had a seamless and professional experience here for dive gear servicing. Bruce asked me when I needed my gear back and had it back to me in a timely manner consistent with the exceptions he set. This shop services most of the major brands and has a decent selection of recreational dive gear. The fin selection seemed limited to mostly flutter kick style fins, but the fins on display seemed consistent with the recreational customer base. The shop has a great selection of everything a diver needs to go from open water up to rescue diver. The whiteboard displays a nice availability of dive classes and trips to some interesting places.
The shop seems a bit understaffed which was a bit stressful. I felt rushed when testing my equipment in front of the register with four customers behind me and more on the phone. It would have been nice to have been set aside from the retail customers to be able to take my time to check my gear.
Honoring of the Aqualung parts warranty was unclear. My wife’s regulator part kit wasn’t covered under warranty but mine was. I walked away confused and Bruce was unable to explain the warranty coverage. I’m sure I’ll figure it out for a future successful maintenance plan. Would recommend going at a non-busy time if you’re a serious diver that needs to take their time with gear checks and have a more in depth understanding of their dive gear maintenance. – via
