Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe présente aujourd’hui, Stéphane, Chloé et Julian qui nous ont accompagnés dans la visite de la grotte.
Une visite inoubliable, un lieu absolument magnifique, des guides adorables, on s’est sentis en totale sécurité, l’exploration, les explications, tout était simplement génial !
Merci à Chloé pour ta gentillesse et ta bonne humeur, nous retenons bien sûr les anecdotes sur la grotte, la cathédrale, l’ange protecteur, les spaghettis…et peut-être bientôt “la chiffonnade de Serrano”
Nous repartons de cette après-midi les yeux remplis d’étoiles, heureux d’avoir fait cette visite de la grotte et hâte de découvrir les fameuses photos.

Worst scuba diving experience yet. AVOID. Nothing compared to the other Skualo dive centers in Mallorca.
We were asked to pay the entirety in cash (which is very sketchy and not something that was asked from us in the other Skualo centers). A german man asked us for our dive log immediately and certifications without even saying « hello ».
He didn’t know how to use the Padi dive log and claimed our dives and certifications were not valid by barely looking at them and seeing that we completed 5 dives for our Padi Open Water licence (2 the same day for 2 days). He was screaming at us, treating us badly, saying we shouldn’t be there. He limited our dive to 12meters. Everyone was rude, made faces towards us, no one even said « hello » besides our monitor. The boat captain, I believe a dutch woman, and another french man kept talking really loudly about how we weren’t supposed to be there and mocking how stupid we were to get scammed by the diving center we got our licenses. The french man even went on to criticize our goggles.
While putting our equipment together I was so on edge I strapped the vest on the weong side of the bottle. When I realized that and was readjusting it, the german man said mockingly « I can tell how good of a diver you’ll be by seeing how you build your equipment ». I felt like I was on a military test and made me even more nervous, which is something you certainly DO NOT WANT before a scuba dive as it can be extremely dangerous.
I contacted PADI with my dive logs and program, and they said everything is ok and in order, and we should have been able to do a proper dive.
As for the dive site, nothing to see, zero visibility, barely any fishes. WASTE OF YOUR MONEY (we paid 98€ per person while the other Skualos in Mallorca charges us 75€ per person equipment included).
The people there claimed they were doing us a favor taking our ONLY CASH money and proceeded to mock us. They were extremely unprofessional, and we were one step away from leaving. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we would lose all of the amount we paid for booking, so might as well suck it up, dive, and leave.

Nul, on à payé 110€ pour faire notre baptême de plongée + 45 € pour que notre fille fasse du snorkeling mais à donner en espèce #fraude.
La monitrice très agressive une fois en mer, crie sur les enfants quand ils n’y arrivent pas et la je la cite “je ne suis pas là pour m’occuper des chioms”. Par contre pour vous encaisser alors là ils sont adorables.
Ma femme n’a pas réussi à vider l’eau de son masque lors de l’exercice de groupe au fond de l’eau on l’a donc fait remonter à la surface et elle lui à juste dit ” ça me soule je n’ai pas que çà à faire et que c’était terminé pour elle” .
Bilan de la plongée ma femme est restée 5 min sous l’eau à 110 € le brevet çà fait plaisir.
La monitrice en question s’est mise à pleurer dans le bateau sur le chemin retour. N’accompagner pas des groupes de débutants si cela vous emmerdes d’être patiente et pédagogue encore moins des enfants.
Une fois arrivé à la base le patron t’explique que c’est normal, alors qu’il n’a rien vu de la scène.

Keinerlei Sprachbarrieren zumindest nicht wenn man Deutsch / Englisch / Französisch / Spanisch spricht.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in binnen Kurzer Zeit!

Abholung am Wohnort kann ebenfalls organisiert werden.
Am besten an der Tauchschule hat mir die individuelle Betreuung aller Gäste ihrer Erfahrung und ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechend nach gefallen.
Es hatte jeder Gast immer einen Guide oder Lehrer in seiner Sprache auf dem Boot dabei. Die Gruppen waren immer klein und überschaubar auch wenn es theoretisch möglich gewesen wäre einen Guide einzusparen.
Für erfahrenere Taucher wurden extra andere Spots angefahren bzw. die Gruppen wurden dem Erfahrungslevel nach eingeteilt. Wir mussten keinen Spot doppelt machen. Ein Nachttauchgang wurde auch extra für uns organisiert obwohl wir dann nur 2 zahlende Kunden waren.
Als wir einen Tag unseren geplanten zweiten Tauchgang, gesundheitlich auslassen mussten, kam der Chef sofort zur Basis und auf uns zu und erkundigte sich ob alles in Ordnung sei.
Hier wird sich definitiv um seine Gäste gekümmert.
Das einzig ungewöhnliche war, dass man im Vorhinein bezahlen muss, was ich so noch nicht erlebt hatte, ich aber in den heutigen Zeiten auch verstehen und nachvollziehen kann. Deswegen würde ich jedoch keinen Punkt abziehen, da es im Interesse aller ist, dass sich solch gute Tauchbasen auch halten können – via

Wir (eine Gruppe von ursprünglich 5, waren dann zu 4. weil einer Krank wurde. -> Als Tipp: wenn man das 24 Stunden davor weiß und bescheid sagt das einer Krank ist, muss man den einen nicht zahlen 😉 ) haben eine Höhlentour gemacht mit Neoprenanzug. Es gibt mehrere Führer die alle unterschiedliche Sprachen sprechen. Wir hatten den Patrick, absolut großartig, freundlich, versteht Spaß und so weiter.
Die Führung war sehr interessant, informativ und auch spannend/spaßig.

As I’m preparing for and thinking about my next trip down to the Maldives, I just wanted to take a minute and share how great Emperor Divers has treated me. I’ve been fortunate enough to be on several of their boats and although there are some differences, they obviously have found a winning formula, and consistently apply it through the fleet. The focus is always on safety and what each crew member can do to make the trip the BEST EVER for each customer. And it’s amazing how often I’ve heard divers confirm that it has been. The boats, the people and of course the diving is simply WORLD-CLASS!
