– via

RK was a brilliant instructor.
I wanted to learn so that I could dive with others who were already keen divers and within only a few days he helped me do not only my Open Water but also the Advanced Open Water – which was much more than I expected.
He is wonderfully knowledgable, always calm, and very patient with a lovely sense of humour. The perfect teacher and a pleasure to be around.
The diving is other worldly with huge variety.

They didn’t pay attention to what equipment they gave me. It didn’t fit and was very uncomfortable, the mask leaked a lot and was foggy but they didn’t give me a different one. The instructor was so unprofessional and didn’t speak English well, everything was done quickly and in a stressful way. Worst dive ever for me. But the other people that were with me were happy with it and didn’t have any problem so I think its not a common experience.
The manager was nice and was worried about what happened, it’s a good guy. – via

Snorkeling at the Red Sea turned into a fight because of their miserable safety level..at first, I was amazed by how they were able to take 27 people on a boat without providing life jackets and that was completely my fault for passing this because it only got worse they did not even have enough time for safety instructions they were very random, unorganized and ignorant…also this is not for beginners because you’d need an hour swimming to get to the Japanese garden to snorkel at some point people started getting tired, a few came to the boat sobbing and whoever was better at swimming volunteered to help one another because there were ONLY TWO lifeguards for 27 people…I have been doing such activities multiple times in other countries and I recall having individual 1×1 safety conversations precautions were taken very seriously and was expecting the same…I’d advise business owners to educate themselves and apply international safety standards. Providing life jackets for any boat cruise is a requirement and would have been the bare minimum..life happens and you need to expect to have first-timers trying any of your beach activities – via

(Translated by Google) Very friendly at all times. Visiting the club and the private beach is an added bonus to the experience. The best instructor: Hishem, very professional. It also records you on video and takes photos that are sent to you at the end of the dive. Cool!
