Everything is super neat and without waiting times. The prices have been adjusted accordingly.
The village of Ischgl is mostly a beautiful place for shopping and walking.
Ischgl is also a worthwhile and enchanting holiday region for hiking in summer, which, thank God, is not yet overcrowded in summer. Everywhere numerous marmots, alpine cows…etc. a rich flora and fauna in the most beautiful mountains and valleys is worth a trip.

Für uns seit über 30 Jahren das beste Skigebiet überhaupt. Wir waren zum Vergleich auch in anderen Skiarenen in Österreich und der Schweiz, aber Ischgl- Samnaun (Österreich- Schweiz) hat die besten Pisten, mit langen Pistenkilometern und anspruchsvollen Pisten in wunderschönster Natur.
Alles super gepflegt und ohne Wartezeiten. Die Preise sind dem entsprechend angepasst.
Das Dörfchen Ischgl ist überwiegend ein schöner Ort zum EinkaufsBummeln und Spazieren.
Auch im Sommer zum Wandern ist Ischgl ein lohnenswertes und zauberhaftes Urlaubsgebiet, dass im Sommer, Gott sei Dank, derzeit noch nicht überlaufen ist. Überall zahlreiche Murmeltiere, Almkühe….etc. eine reichhaltige Flora und Fauna in allerschönsten Bergen und Tälern ist eine Reise wert. – via

The ski area is high up, there are many lifts so that even large crowds can be handled. Lots of pistes and always well prepared. I can’t say anything bad about the ski area, since it’s really big and the distances are short to get back to the starting points.
I also think the ski ticket prices are okay.

The soft facts, which are also relevant, are more negative:
– Paid car park: 5€ for this open space car park, which before was always free. That’s annoying enough, but what’s even worse is that the ads that it’s a chargeable parking lot are very small and therefore easily 1/4 of the people parked have to pay a fine of 25€. Not even the park attendant said a word. Just a rip off, they could put up more parking machines or bigger signs. Pictures attached. Well, no thanks, it’s free in Lech, samnaun, Sölden etc. and there is honest communication with the customers who are responsible for the prosperity of the place. In the future I will therefore also be a guest of the other ski areas again.
– Hospitality: yes, the ski area is huge, but guests are not money machines who want to be munched on. Not always, but often the friendliness is not the way you would like to be treated as a guest.

Positiv vorab:
Das Skigebiet ist hoch gelegen, viele Liftanlagen vorhanden sodass selbst große Menschenmassen abgefertigt werden können. Viele Pisten und stets gut präpariert. Zum Skigebiet kann ich an sich nichts schlechtes sagen, da es wirklich sehr groß ist und dennoch die Wege kurz um wieder an Ausgangspunkte zu kommen.
Auch die Ski Karten Preise finde ich an sich in Ordnung.

Negativ sind eher die Soft facts, die sehr wohl auch relevant sind:
– Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz: 5€ für diesen Freiflächen Parkplatz, der davor immer kostenlos war. Das ist schon nervig genug, noch viel schlimmer ist aber dass die Anzeigen, dass er kostenpflichtig ist, sehr klein sind und somit locker 1/4 der Parkenden einen Strafzettel von 25€ zahlen müssen. Nicht einmal der Parkeinweiser hat ein Wort gesagt. Einfach nur abzocke, man könnte mehr Parkautomaten aufstellen oder größere Schilder. Bilder dazu angehängt. Also, Nein danke, in Lech, samnaun, Sölden etc ist das gratis und dort wird ehrlich mit den Kunden kommuniziert, die für den Wohlstand im Ort verantwortlich sind. In Zukunft werde ich daher auch wieder ein Gast der anderen Skigebiete werden.
– Gastfreundschaft: ja, das Skigebiet ist riesig, aber Gäste sind dennoch keine Geldmaschinen die abgevespert werden wollen. Nicht immer, aber oft ist die Freundlichkeit nicht so wie man als Gast behandelt werden möchte. – via

We rested together with our dog, you can go up the lifts with her. They let in everywhere. On some lifts it is not possible to go up due to the lack of special equipment for a snowboard or skis, in ordinary boots you will not go up because it is slippery (there are also cases that we observed, a girl who had skis but did not want to put them on was not allowed on the lift, she was too slippery may fall there). Відпочинок тут нам дуже сподобався. Піднятись можна аж до самої Швейцарії. На горі можна як поїсти , так і випити. Відпочивали разом із нашою собачкою, можна разом з нею підійматись на підйомниках. Усюди впускали. На деяких підйомниках не можливо піднятись через відсутність спеціального спорядження для сноуборда чи лиж, в звичайних бутах ви не підніметесь бо слизько (є і випадки які ми спостерігали , дівчину яка була з лижами але не хотіла їх взувати не пустили на підйомник, до слизько і вона там може впасти). А так все сподобалось) прикріплюю фото гори з Швейцарії. Всім гарного відпочинку – via
