We went on a Saturday afternoon so it was prime time. It was very busy. It was very loud so if you want an atmosphere to chat while you eat you will need to sit close to each other or shout. I had the Bob Marley frozen drink which was good. I ordered stewed fish with festival and Bammy. I wasn’t to find of my order especially the festival everyone at the table who ordered the festival didn’t eat them. My Grandmother ordered a pasta dish she loved it I forgot the name. The June plum juice she also liked. The Calamari we had for appetizer was also good. I give 4 stars because I love the concept even tho it’s a lil Americanized but I understand why. We took the package to the post office and then a few days later we got the Sharkies back from the postman because the package was refused. It’s just stupid that it was sent to the exact address where nobody told us that this address is the wrong one. If you want these shoes, you can probably get exactly the same ones from many other suppliers cheaper and probably with better customer service.

Der Stern ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Mein Partner und ich hatten hier welche bestellt, die Versanddauer wurde erst mit 3 Tagen angegeben. Nach ein paar Tagen erhielten wir dann die Benachrichtigung das es sich noch mal um 3-4 Tage verzögern würde. Nach 2 Wochen danach kamen dle Schuhe dann endlich mal an, in einer beschädigten gelben Plastiktüte, wohl aus China. Die Schuhe sind beschädigt, die Flossen sind umgeknickt, in den Schuhen sind schwarze Flecken unter den Sohlen isr es auch schmutzig als wären die schonmal getragen worden. Der Kundenservice ist absolut unverschämt, wir haben das Problem gemeldet umd gesagt das wir die Schuhe zurücksenden wollen und haben um die Adresse gebeten. Daraufhin haben wir keine Antwort erhalten, woraufhin wir einen Paypal Fall erstellt haben, wo innerhalb von 1 Tag dann seitens des Kundenservices das Angebot kam uns 20% auf diesen Müll zu erstatten, weil es sich ja nicht lohnen würde die Schuhe zurückzusenden weil wir ja die Kosten übernehmen müssten. Wir haben das Paket zur Post gebracht um dann paar Tage später, die Sharkies vom Postboten wieder zurück zu bekommen weil die Annahme des paketes verweigert wurde. Blöd nur das es genau an die Adresse geschickt wurde, wo uns niemand mitgeteilt hat das diese Adresse doch die falsche ist. Wenn man diese schuhe haben will, kriegt man wahrscheinlich genau diesselben bei ganz vielen anderen Anbietern günstiger und wahrscheinlich auch lit einem besseren Kundenservice. – via
