Absolutely fantastic experience! I took my nephew shark cage diving and we both had an amazing time. We saw so many sharks and other fish. We were both nervous to go, but as soon as we got on the boat, the team alleviated our worries and we were in the water without hesitation and enjoyed every minute. My entire family wants to join us next time.

Such a shame that your admin lady that sends us photos and does payments has absolutely no people skills and a attitude that stinks. She wanted to just finish and ‘get the hell out of there’ in her exact words. The experience ended of sour as we had to deal with her. Please look into this but give your boat and diving staff a big high five for excellent service. – via google

Having travelled 9,848 kilometres from the United Kingdom to South Africa on vacation my wife and I thought we would take in the sights of the sea and go shark cage diving as we both love marine life and have been snorkeling all over the world.

We chose Shark Cage Diving KZN to facilitate this dream of ours which rapidly turned into a nightmare even before we left our holiday accommodation as when my wife called to book a very rude and dismissive male who answered the call abruptly told my wife he would WhatsApp the details and we could take it from there…this was 2 days ago and sadly we have still not received any messages.

I started this post with the definition of the words both good and service to demonstrate that we did not only not receive good service but not even basic service right from the start and the attitude of the staff is atrocious. – via Google

Absolutely a brilliant experience and great value for money. We saw many reef sharks swimming around us and it was a beautiful sight. We even privileged to have humpback whales leaping out of the water putting on a fantastic show. This is a great value for money you can pay in cash or credit card but ideally it’s better to pay in cash but there are many 24/7 ATMs at the petrol stations nearby – via Google
