Nothing but good things to say about my training sessions, equipment was properly fitted, even personal equipment was loaned to me. I had a not very good experience at another dive shop and nearly gave up, fortunately I went to Serpent, they were great and accommodated my work schedule. – via

I have been in contact for about a week prior to my trip to Kelowna. I find it amazing how hard it is to get a straight answer. I was told Sunday would work for group classes only to find out Sunday morning that we were never confirmed in. – via

I have registered my son for 2 scuba lessons at Johnson bently pool now. The first go around the instructor no showed to the first of two lessons and left 6 kids standing around in ther bathing suits. Granted once re-scheduled the kids had a good time. But now I go to register my son again, and after leaving 2 messages at the dive shop that were not returned, as i was trying to confirm the meeting spot and to make sure they remembered the course this time, I then had to have Johnson Bently pool look into it to find out once again they cannot attend and are now canceling the course the day before! And if I had not looked into this after being burnt the first time, we would have been stood up again. Not impressed with serpent aquatics since Sheldon sold. – via
