I went on two boat dives this September (2022). Information on English diving courses in Korea are really difficult to find, but All Blu were fantastic and provided dives in English. They also filmed us underwater and proved the video on the very same day!!
Kakao talk seems to be the best way to reach them.

The price for one certified diver is 170,000 krw for 2 tanks a day(140,000) including full gear rental(30,000). – via google

Great day! About a 3.5 adventure, includes about a 20 minute orientation (for us noobs who never SCUBAed before), and a “crawl walk run” (well, kinda run) in the water.
MJ said we were going down around 30 meters…not sure if we went that far, but it was enough to have to keep clearing the ears.

Pretty good show of underwater plants and assorted aqua life. Very cool. Also a pretty good post event shower facility to get cleaned up and changed.
