SeaVentures is likely the best dive shop operating in the Atlanta metropolitan area. After completing my O2 provider and Rescue Diver courses there, I immediately signed up for a lifeguarding course, and have every intention of joining dive trips down to Florida in the coming months.
My Diver Stress & Rescue Course was led by Chelsea, a manager at the store. Her approach to the course fostered a team environment, and ensured all members of the class were active participants in both learning and camaraderie. SeaVentures aims to over-prepare students, and I left my course feeling significantly more confident as a diver, as well as significantly more excited about the hobby. This was due in large part to the social aspect of diving that SeaVentures works to cultivate – where friends made through courses and dive trips can translate into dive buddies and a larger sense of community.
After my course, I was greeted at the store by name by staff who were only tangentially involved in the course. That level of customer service is exceptional, and worthy of its own commendation.
In all, I gladly recommend SeaVentures in every aspect of their operation, and look forward to my next trip to the store. – via

We had such a great time! It was super easy and our guides were fun. While at the bottom of the sea they made sure to bring us cool sea creatures for us to see and hold. The best part is that along with these amazing memories they captured some of the most amazing shots underwater for us . 10/10 recommend – via
