– via

We stayed at Seagrape Plantation for 9 days and had a wonderful time. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The fridge is much appreciated and the A-C is modern and efficient. All of the staff couldn’t be more friendly right down to the gardeners. Free breakfast daily is also much appreciated. It’s quiet yet a short walk to the hustle and bustle of West End and a full service Dive Shop. We will definitely stay at Seagrape again! – via

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Seagrape 01/07 – 01/15/24. The staff were all kind, informative, and willing to assist in every way possible. We stayed in the motel part (there are bungalows as well). The rooms are very plain and, most importantly, clean. Our room attendant cleaned our room every day and somehow managed to get all the sand out each day. The only drawback is, at times, we didn’t have water or the water pressure was merely a trickle. The water issues always resolved themselves quickly. I inquired about getting a pedicure, and apparently, the nail tech was on vacation, and the resort didn’t have an alternative. A bonus to the place is that it is far enough from the main street on the Westend yet close enough to walk to every day. If you go fishing and keep your catch, take it to the restaurant at the resort, and they will be happy to prepare it for you. Our lobster and shrimp were outstanding. If we return to Toatan, we’d gladly stay at the Seagrape Resort again. – via

The Seagrape is probably situated in the best spot in the West End, with fantastic ocean views!
It’s a perfect place to disconnect, because there is NO wifi, or TV in the cabins.
It is very walkable to the West End strip, where you can find great food.
The dive operation was very good. The DMs are locals, and know how to find the sea life.
The only downside, and reallyvits minor, was the “restaurant”. Don’t waste your calories there. No Bueno. The coffee was awful, the food is bland. Take a walk and pick any other place to eat. – via
