However, this was not the case and the small print in some corner mentioned that the time should have been chosen as either 14:00 or 15:00 and the family day would thus only last an hour. However, this was by no means obvious on the website and all 11 entrants came at 14:00. I registered many days in advance, but no one contacted me to rectify the situation and choose a time before arrival. Including the instructor, there were 12 of us in the small room, which was over the corona restrictions of the time. Also, in the small pool, we didn’t all fit properly to swim and collided with each other constantly. We were also the last to arrive and my other daughter didn’t have enough children’s tails. He was therefore given an adult-sized tail that did not stay on at all. The only control we got was a ‘swinging tail’ and without a swim model, training for children at the deep end was even dangerous. -Nothing was instructed about this either. When the hour was over, we were instructed up from the pool. I showed the instructor a receipt where the time was clearly told to be 2.5h and not 1h, he just stated that the time has always been 1h and ‘if you want you can pick up the balls from the pool yet’. – This even though no one else was coming into the pool.
So I paid a total of € 75 for an hour of pacing in a crowded pool. I was in immediate contact with the company, but hey did not feel it necessary to reimburse me for a euro.
