I celebrated my birthday in Icacos and from the moment I called for the first time, the customer service was super good, until the moment they looked for us at the port, they took us and picked us up again, the treatment was excellent. The Captain and Vincent made our trip today outstanding. We had two families with six total. They took four snorkeling and two of us went kayaking. We brought hamburgers they cooked for us and also they cooked additional food they brought and shared with us. To spend a day with only family and friends with a great Charter crew was a memory will never forget! – via

This was a Fantastic experience for me and my family. Captain Gilbert was awesome. He was extremely friendly and was on time to pick us up from Fajardo and from Icacos. I was able to call the day off the trip and get a reservation booked. Captain Gilberts wife responded to my text very quickly and made it seem like she actually cared about getting us to the island before our trip was over. Overall these are two great people and I would absolutely recommend using their service, especially if you are looking to support the locals in Puerto Rico!! – via
