My father and I took the Padi Open Water Course with ScubaCaribe during our vacation at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay Resort. Our instructor was Lisa. Lisa is an amazing instructor, very knowledge, and friendly. She taught us a lot. We had an amazing time. The whole team is amazing – with great customer service. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Instructor Donovan and Rene which are amazing instructors and have an amazing personality. They all made our trip very memorable and enjoyable. Customer service also A+ – we had an issue that our certificates were not processed quickly but it was all resolved very quickly with the help of Maartje Sterk and Nina Degtyareva and of course Lisa the instructor. What can I say – amazing people working in an amazing company providing people with access to a whole different world of the ocean or should I say water world. We will defiantly travel to resorts and locations that have ScubaCaribe to enhance our diving journey. – via

I had a really good time with Scuba Caribe. We went to Ricks cafe + snorkeling with them and was pretty great. The catamaran was not full (around 20-25 people) so we had the chance to have a nice party. At the first leg we spent around 30-40 mins snorkeling at the reef and was an amazing experience. Rick’s café was good but super crowded (not Scuba’s fault). The crews gave us entertainment from start to finish and I would recommend them. – via

Went on the catamaran on 12-21-21. First stop snorkeling. Not everyone could go because there were not enough life jackets nor enough googles and snorkels. Salesman told us that after the pirates cave we would go to Ricks Cafe for approximately an hour and a half. We got to Ricks and they unload to a smaller boat so 3 boatloads of people and they tell each boat you have 45 minutes to be back. We were on the last transfer boat and given our time to be back. They say the salesman lied about the hour and a half. We were back on time after rushing our waitress for the bill we get to the loading area and the first group hasn’t even loaded. No one seems to be worried about it. Long story short we didn’t get what we were sold. And remember there wasn’t even enough life jackets for everyone on the boat. When we mentioned that the response was you shouldn’t be on a boat if you can’t swim. – via

£75 dollars pr person. One snorkel stop,a swim at a cave and ricks cafe. Overpriced .
Snorkeling had to return to boat as crew member impatient with me while visiting wreck. Had to stop due to water in mask. Shouted at me to get off reef which I was not on. Spoke abruptly to me and would not give me the time I needed to get my confidence and sort my mask out. Felt I had no option but return to boat as upset by his attitude to me as an older lady it was unacceptable. Manner was disgraceful not encouraging as I have previously experienced with other companies. Rest of crew good. But never again – via

We booked a private tour for 6 people. We had an amazing time!! The captain and Tafarri retreated us like royalty. We snorkeled and then hit the high seas for some splashing and laughing. Stopped for a private lunch and nature tour at Half Moon Beach and then returned to our resort. Soooo much fun!! – via

Family excursion on the Scubacaribe catamaran (with a slide!) turned out to be the best experience. Took us on a 5 hour afternoon cruise for some snorkeling, jack sparrows (?) cave, margaritaville, Rick’s Cafe and the 7 mile beach in Negril ending in some beautiful views of the sunset with music and dancing in the background. Very organized- thank you very much!! – via

Tip for snorkeling, in the morning around 8.30 a.m. in the middle of the beach, 10-20m behind the swimming zone look for the dark rays!
