I totally recommend this diving centre ! I haven’t dived for almost 4 years so I had to do a “reactivate” dive in the pool which I at first thought would be a waste of time but turned out to be a good refresh of my knowledge and skills. Right after that we went for a dive, pretty close to the beach (4minutes by zodiac), the visibility was not great but dive was pretty good:) there were many different fish, we saw a huge muraena and even a nice nurse shark. The dive master was a real professional and ensured everything was safe. I have to say I was a bit hesitant when I saw the reviews but fortunately I decided to go and I’m really glad ! Thank you Scuba Caribe Boa Vista, hopefully I will see you soon!:) – via google

The second dive after having discussed that we wanted to take pictures and film at ease, we started the dive, yes there was a beautiful moray eel, took a picture and ……. where is the guide … .gone and no longer to be found who thought of sorting it out but I will continue.
After searching for a while, then after a dive of 25 minutes to the top. After arrival asked why he didn’t stay with us he said I thought you were behind me, well not. The other employees didn’t give a shit either so we stopped after 5 dives instead of the planned 20 dives.
You don’t treat divers like that, you pay enough to be treated nicely, but they’d rather be lazy than tired there. What a bunch of lambs.

Na 17 jaar duiken zijn we dan toch nog een duikgids kwijtgeraakt.
We zijn gek op filmen en fotograferen en maken dit dan ook altijd kenbaar alvorens we beginnen met onze duiken zo ook nu, echter de duikgids had andere plannen, tegen de stroming in begonnen we aan onze vermoeiende duik. Het was hard werken om bij te blijven en geen foto’s kunnen maken maar we hebben de 45 min.gehaald.
De tweede duik na overlegt te hebben gehad dat we op het gemakt foto,s en film wilden maken begonnen we de duik, ja hoor daar zat een mooie murene, foto gemaakt en…….waar is de gids ….weg en niet meer te vinden die dacht van zoek het maar uit maar ik ga door.
Na een tijdje gezocht te hebben dan maar na een duik van 25 min naar boven . Na aankomst gevraagd waarom hij niet bij ons bleef zei hij ik dacht dat jullie achter mij zaten, nou niet dus. De andere medewerkers kon het ook geen reet schelen dus zijn we maar na 5 duiken gestopt ipv de geplande 20 duiken.
Zo ga je niet met duikers om je betaald er genoeg voor om netjes behandeld te worden maar ze zijn daar liever lui dan moe. Wat een stelletje lamzakken. – via google

Issues with (lack of/malfunctioning /broken) equipment. If it wasn’t for our excellent and very friendly instructor daniel this would have been two star review.

I did the padi open water course and managed to finish it! We did the whole program including 4 open water dives with an excited and passionate teacher!

If you plan to do your dive(course) here make sure you go in with a relaxed mindset and check your equipment well. – via google
