Unfortunately I can not recommend them for your scuba and diving needs when it comes to repairing or servicing your equipment. Took equipment in for servicing prior to an upcoming dive trip and they checked everything out and all seemed to be in order.

The problem occurred as soon as we got in to the water on our very first dive however. My wife’s primary 2nd stage was constantly losing air from the side of her mouth piece. Upon surfacing, she also noticed a large air bubble had formed beneath the glass of her SPG.

Ok, no big deal we thought, we can just bring it back in and they’ll make the adjustments to fix the issue as something must not have been put back together properly from the first time they looked at it or maybe they overlooked something.

NOPE! We were charged an additional service fee and all that was noted on the invoice was that they just blew some sand out, so who knows if air will continue to leak out next time she dives as that sand had nothing to do with the leak and accumulated from the dive trip. Oh, and they did not address the large air bubble in the SPG either (shown in photo).

Could those issues have all been coincidence that happened as soon as we got in to the water on the trip? Yes.

However, in 5 years of having the equipment and diving, we’ve never had any issues (photo of both regs taken prior to service) and as soon as we took it to them for servicing, this happens. Then to be charged a second time just to blow some sand and still not have the issues remedied or addressed for what we asked has brought me to my decision to never use them again nor to recommend them to any colleagues. It is unfortunate, but the lack of customer service here has made it very apparent this is not the place for anyone in to scuba. – via google

I needed a last minute piece of equipment for my dive test the next morning and Norm not only had the piece I needed, but installed it and made sure it was working properly before I purchased it. He also gave me great advice and tips to help improve my scuba experience which were greatly appreciated. I will be sure to come back again and again. – via google

Did some training with these guys several years ago. Good instruction. Also take my Apeks regs here for service. Never had a problem. Solid local dive shop. Good selection of gear and services. – via google
