Accueil sympathique mais encadrement moyen surtout pour les enfants (pour sa seconde plongée, notre fils de 11 ans voulait descendre doucement par rapport à ses oreilles qui avaient un peu de mal à passées, soufflement de l’encadrant lui demandant de descendre et finalement lui dit de remonter sur le bateau ), de plus la seule personne parlant français demeure peu loquace, distante, froide, pas du tout formé à l’accueil et au relationnel client et peu enthousiaste à faire découvrir son environnement (les autres guides sont venus chercher leur groupe afin de les emmener en bateau à moteur car des dauphins étaient visiblement à proximités, nous nous étions 4 français, lorsque je suis aller voir notre guide français, je lui ai demandé ce qui se passai, il m’a dit que peut être avait été vu des dauphins avec la petite phrase sympathique, tu sais les dauphins ne sont pas en cage…et oui c’est une évidence bien sûre mais si cette personne est blasée par ce qui l’entoure, pour nous c’était surement la seule occasion d’apercevoir des dauphins dans leur milieu naturel et pour mon fils quelle déception lorsque toutes les autres personnes du bateau sont revenus en apprenant qu’elles avaient pu croisées la route des dauphins…Nous c’était juste le voyage de notre vie..
Alors d’avantages d’attention sur le personnel qu’on emploi…à réfléchir
