Absolutely loved our experience with Scuba School. All the instructors are great! Josh, Zain, Lindo, and Damian are all wonderful dive masters that really have a love for the ocean and making sure their divers are having a great and safe time. The office staff is great too, excellent at communicating all the relevant details and drawing up a plan for dive, big shout out to Seleny for answering all our questions professionally and concisely. I got my advanced open water with Scuba School and so glad I decided to do it with them. Next time I dive Belize it will 100% be with Scuba School. – via

Fantastic dive shop in San Pedro Belize. My husband and I got our advanced scuba certification with them. Top notch instructors, dive masters and boat crew. Saw nurse and reef sharks, a loggerhead turtle, rays and lots of tropical fish.

In comparison to our other dives in Claye Caulker the experience with this dive shop was quite bad even if the price was higher and the dive sites were nicer.

From my point of view the main problem was that they try to handle way to many people and are not really able to do so.

First we waited almost one hour in the morning until we were able to „check in“. In the meanwhile some others of the group where already waiting on the boat.

Then we got really quickly our equipment without properly trying it and with the request to check it. Everything was quite rushy since the others were waiting already.
As well I had the feeling that we kind of got some of the „leftover“ equipment.
As well sometimes I had the feeling that the staff is arrogant instead of supportive.
During the first dive I then quickly recognized that something with regulator is not working properly and I needed to use already the second one. That basically ruined the first dive.

What was as well quite strange was the payment.
At first there was an additional 3% „Tourism Tax“ which we needed to pay. We asked in other Dive Shops on the island afterwards and they had no clue about this tax.
Secondly they tried to execute the Credit Card Payment via the Phone and their „US office“. My bank considered this as suspicious transaction and temporarily blocked the card. A few minutes later we paid then via a normal credit card terminal which was always on the desk and did not cause any problems.

2 instead of 1 Star only since our Dive Master and the Captain were very good and at least the second dive without problems was amazing.

Most probably you can have as well a 5 Star experience with them if they reduce the profit orientation a bit and reduce the group size or increase the staff on land – via

Fantastic experience at the Family Dive Centre + with our instructor, Esrom. Really struggled to pick a place to do my PADI certification with all the options, and didn’t choose wrong here. Very professional, good group size, safety first and a great time. My instructor, Esrom was hands down a great guy, didn’t let me give up when I started and panicked, wanting to immediately leave. So glad I kept at it and loved it in the end, wish I had time to do a couple more dives with them. My mom also took a Resort Course here to try it out and enjoyed them and Esrom’s patience.

Some locals told me some questionable things about some of the other dive shops there but that this one was top notch, and I agree. If you’re on the Google hunt trying to pick a dive shop for your trip, can’t go wrong here. – via

Last minute booking night before but was worth every penny, jumped on a refresher course after not diving in a while and enjoyed it that much ended up booking an afternoon dive for the same day, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the dive instructor I had (Esrom) was amazing and very knowledgeable which made it all together an awesome experience, would definitely book again if visiting San Pedro – via

I had such a great experience with Scuba School. I completed my open water with Esrom he was very patient and helped me relax with the anxiety that came with the first few descends. He kept it fun while keeping everyone at ease. I continued to dive 3 more days and all Dive Masters were great and welcoming to new divers.

XD Incredible diving shop!!
We booked a diving and dolphin tour here
Good diving on the first day, I booked a dolphin tour on the second day, but it was canceled due to bad weather (I fully understand that I couldn’t go to the sea due to bad weather)
That’s where the problem started. WhatsApp asked for a cancellation refund and I promised
Every time he talks about a refund, he loses touch
He only talked about making money from other tours and taxi services
(The boss also tried to solve this problem, but he couldn’t reach this employee.)
We left there but we are there!!! “e” staff!!!
You may be happy to get 100,000 rupiahs for a while, but you will lose a lot in the future! Thanks to him, we have bad memories of Robina. 😉 – via

Amazing place to get certified! We completed the elearning portion before leaving for vacation which allowed us to jump straight into our confined sessions on the first day. I highly recommend the PADI Adventure Package which adds 2 days of diving, you won’t regret it!

The staff was quick to respond and answer any questions. Our instructor Josh was very patient and thorough which made for a very fun and safe environment to learn in. – via

Amis français, arnaque à touriste ricains ici. Cash machine, probably used to have a lot of american gringos to scam. You can have an advance Padi level, been diving for the past 15 years, if you haven’t dive within the last 12 months they will not let you dive if don’t pay for the “refreshment course” first which consists of watching videos ‍♂️ for 160$ ! lol. If security was their main concern, 3 min prior to the dive in the water to make sure everything is fine would be plenty enough. But no, always wants more , what a shame. Would you ask the same for someone who has a driving licence and hasn’t driven for 12 months ? How dumb do you think your customers are? Ps : to their answer, I don’t have a girlfriend, no clue what they are talking about I strongly advise you to go to some other place, had a wonderful time there with actual real master divers who are not here for the money (Belize Magical adventure : 3 dives of 1 hour for 200 us dollars and it was just me and an other person with the Master) Cheers – via

Exceptional from start to finish! Starting with reaching out to them a few months before our trip, they responded with 6hrs! They explained what they do and what getting certified with them would look like. They included options if we wanted to expand our adventure as well as info to book the blue hole. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and once again prompt with all details. We were paired with MJ for our advanced open water cert, he was great! Super fun, very informative and made every dive feel so safe. After our cert we also dove Hol Chan and did a night dive. The equipment was in very good condition and they make everyone does safety checks on all of their gear. We will most certainly book with them again next time we’re in Belize. – via
