I booked a Discover Freediving tour with this company. However, a few days after booking I came down with a chest cold. To be safe and to be respectful of their time, I cancelled 2 days prior to the tour. They refused my request for a refund. They offered a credit, but I was leaving the day after the tour was scheduled and had no idea when I’d be able to return. Their money was apparently more important to them than my safety or wellbeing. Whoever I spoke with (they wouldn’t give their name) told me the owner (Riccardo Corra) could only be reached by snail mail. They took over $200 from me. Their representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you want to avoid obnoxious/rude staff, and greedy/thieving owners, go with one of the many other competent agencies in the area. – via

A phenomenal addition to our vacation! We booked a day trip to Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres, and had such a wonderful time. Our driver, the boat crew, and our tour guide were exceptional and very knowledgable. They made sure every guest had a guide who spoke their language. I completed my PADI Open Water course with Suba Libre and I’m very happy with the results. Zoé was clear and communicative with scheduling dives/ course information and Sergio was a very attentive dive master. After completing my dives and being certified, my partner & I dove a Cenote with Suba Libre! Everything was wonderful and I appreciate all the staff at Scuba Libre. First time diver. Would happily recommend for others in the same situation. We were a small group (5). Diving instructors took the time to educate and paid appropriate attention to assist where they thought individuals needed the help. They were also very patient, allowing people to go at their own pace. The experience of seeing the reefs and sea life was amazing. Would love to go again and wouldn’t think twice about using this outfit. – via

Very good communication before, after, during the dives. Photos are taken during dives and offered afterwards, the staff was all friendly and all spoke very good english. The Instructor was really good, explained well and calm the exercises and the overall athmosphere was relaxed. Shop was clean and the Equipment seemed all to be in good condition. – via

Magasin de plongée dans le centre de playa. De nombreux équipements disponibles. Petit bémol sur la qualité des renseignements qui n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur d’un magasin de plongée. La vente doit se faire dans le sourire, les conseils et la bonne humeur ! Sinon vous y trouver pas mal de marques différentes. – via
