Was great. Staff very nice. Small setback with hotel room fridge not working. They had staff swap out a new unit. This would never happen in USA. You would get a sorry not working probably not even offer to change rooms. Also they sui mai dish station did not notice at breakfast buffet until leaving the restaurant. Would have liked to try but did not see it till we were already done. – via

This is my favorite place to land whenever I get to Bali. I generally stay here until I find longer term accommodations. At this point, the staff knows me and treats me like family. I feel welcomed, safe, and cared for while surrounded in the natural beauty of the space. Everyone is so helpful. The rooms are beautiful clean and relaxing. The food is amazing. So far, I stayed here on 4 different occasions and will always come back to experience true Balinese hospitality. – via

Bardzo dobre miejsce do nurkowania, czy to dla początkujących czy doświadczonych nurków.
Mieliśmy 3 profesjonalne nurkowania z doświadczoną załogą wokół wysp Gili. Na początku zostaliśmy podzieleni ze względu na uprawnienia i przypisani do dive mastera, a nie jak to zazwyczaj bywa po pandemii, wszyscy wrzuceni do jednej grupy.
Herman (Dive master) zna się z żółwiami i rekinami po imieniu. Wie które trasy wybrać dla najciekawszych widoków i cały czas ma baczenie na grupę.

My family had a fantastic experience today doing three dives with Froggy Scuba. From our first contact with the company’s rep, Wet to the dive master, Dan & the crew on the boat – all the staff was highly experienced, professional & safety conscious. Despite our varying level of diving proficiency, our dive master Dan was able to manage all three of us very well in the water – giving me great confidence that he would look after my 15 yo well (doing the Padi discovery dive for the first time ). Great emphasis on safety, detailed explanation without being overwhelming, good briefing of locations and safety reminders & checks before each dive. The boat was a traditional Lombok boat which was great, clean, compact & efficient. The boat crew were experienced and professional in helping us with our (good well serviced) equipment & getting on and off the boat safely and keeping a sharp eye on my teen and another pre-teen diver. The food onboard was simple but delicious. Best of all everyone made sure we had fun! I can’t thank and recommend them enough. – via

Unprofessional, agressive and rude behavior !!!
Mangement accusing me to lie after report in Trip Advisor!

While I was taking pictures from a big clam, a guide came from the right. His equipment was permamemtly scratching the table coral in direction to the clam. Signalizing to this indonesian guide he did not stoped his damaging bouyancy. Therefore I stopped filming and swam under this guy to protect the coral and stop the ongoing destruction.
About 2 minutes later and 25 m away, this guide from SCUBA FROGGY came from the back and shaking with to hands my cylinder like an insane. I turned arround and asked what he want. He signalized me that he want to start a fight – under the water… I show him that I will go my way and i am interested in everything else but not on his unprofessionell offer. Back to the surface I saw him on the Scuba Froggy boat which and asked what this behavior is about. He still was agressive. Theese kind of unprofessionalizm I never saw before. The reccomodation with one star should be taken serios before choosing this company. NOBODY IS TOUCHING THE EQUIPMENT FROM ANOTHER DIVER WHILE DIVING IN THAT WAY !!!
Regarding to my comment on trip advisor this company wrote as reply that I was showing the guide the middle finger – ***what I do not did***. Furthermore they accuse me to beeing rasism – I am not. This kind of answering with critic is typical for this company when costumers complaining in the past. Finally they did not say anything about this danger behaviour of shaking on my cylinder or anything about the damaging bouancy of the guide. – via
