I will write the review in English for the people who are not locals. I am a very experienced diver (since 1995 and dived almost everywhere in the world) and this review is only directed towards experienced divers who would like to dive the truly wonderful waters of the Tabarca Marine Reserve. My suggestion is to avoid this diving centre if you would like to perform a double dive unless you go in June or July. Main reason: the guides love to be back at port at 2pm so they can go home to eat and close the day. This is the original SIN of the centre, since every other issue derives from this sin. Sunrise in Spain is late every month but June/July, by leaving at 8am the visibility on the first dive (usually the deeper one Merolandia) will be POOR due to low inclination of sun rays. Other issue is many divers on the boat are local divers who only perform one dive, so you will be wasting a LOT of time (around 1hr round trip) going back to port after the first dive to get other divers (instead of relaxing during surface time). They only leave with the dinghy almost full and space is very scarce, at least this year they put the inexperienced divers in a separate group. Nobody tells you that you can test your own equipment at the diving, you have to ask them within a very short timeframe in the morning (arrive at like 7:45am if you want to test you jacket and octopus BEFORE diving, which is a proper safety check that should always be done in my STRONG opinion), safety on the dive very much depends on the boat master: most are good except Estebán who has no idea of what safety is (there was current in the first dive and a diver with untested equipment problems almost got carried away in the open sea!). Price difference with other dive centres in Santa Pola in 2022 is just 5 euros, not worth it in my opinion. I have done four dives with them in two different years and the issues are always the same and I only enjoy the second dive (but I pay for two) due to the visibility issues caused by the rush to be back at 2pm. I shall continue to visit the Tabarca Marine Reserve, but I am done with this diving centre. – via
