I would like a refund for the payment I made for the services as, regrettably, the experience did not meet the expected standards. The instructor canceled the sessions multiple times, attributing the first cancellation to a sick instructor, to which I was understanding. The second cancellation was supposedly due to bad weather, though that was seemingly untrue. Following this, there was mention of hospitalization, the validity of which I do not contest.

However, the concerning issue is the abrupt cessation of communication; my emails have gone unanswered. I only chose this service due to its listing on a PADI website, but the promised service was never provided. Furthermore, the failure to deliver the eLearning code substantiates the apparent lack of intention to carry out the training from the outset. Hence, a full refund is now requested. – via google

I see 100% that the teachers are passionate and try their best, but I don’t think this is enough to gain the trust of the student. Communication is not good; there is bad response to emails or thinking along with you. After the 1st lesson, which was really not a great experience (very large group of 8+ students, messy, too long in cold water, everything had to be done quickly within the time frame but that was impossible because the group was so big so a lot of waiting.. .) I wanted to stop. I was definitely still open to giving it a chance, but due to the difficult communication and their ‘heels in the sand’ I have lost my confidence in these people. I don’t get a refund (conditions ma’am) but I wonder if Scuba can also see where they have fallen short? That seems to me to be a condition.

As you can see I’ve never posted a bad review, but since I still haven’t received a response to my email from weeks ago, I have my back against the wall. Hope that this way people can make a good choice for a right diving school.

Ik krijg geen geld terug (voorwaarden mevrouw) maar ik vraag me af of Scuba ook kan zien waar ze zijn tekortgeschoten? Dat lijkt me namelijk óók een voorwaarden.

Zoals jullie kunnen zien heb ik nog nooit een slechte review geplaatst maar gezien ik nog steeds geen reactie heb op mijn email van weken geleden sta ik met mijn rug tegen de muur. Hoop dat mensen op deze manier een goede keuze kunnen maken voor een juiste duikschool. – via google

I took my exam for the Open Water Diver PADI certification in Vinkeveen and it was absolutely amazing.

Awesome diving school! I have learned there practical diving skills but also some theoretical stuff like gas blending and tank maintenance. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t start with them right away, and they had to re-educate me from what I had learned in another diving school. Unlike a couple of other diving shops in Amsterdam they take their job seriously. Thanks for your patience Roel!! All in all, great facilities and great atmosphere! Highly recommended. – via google

This scuba diving school is great! I highly recommend it.

At first, I enrolled for the course to get my Open Water certificate and enjoy diving in other (warmer) countries. However, the team was very welcoming and their passion is contagious! I am now part of their club, which is very active (at least twice a week people are diving, which means than you can always join someone) and I am now studying for my advanced certificate.

They speak perfect English and are also a technical center, therefore whether you are a beginning or an expert, the school will be able to teach you something! – via google
