Beautiful property set on amazing snorkel site. Junior suite was worth the extra dough. Entire staff was welcoming and attended to every need. we received top notch service from Joel at El Cap. Lena, Guillermo, Martin, Carlos and others at Caribeno/pool service. Laura was our amazing housekeeper. Eduardo at Alamo onsite got us a jeep and he was extremely thorough and friendly. Highly recommend, will return. – via

We did the discover scuba course with Fernando, he was a great instructor. We felt very safe with him and he made us feel comfortable. He also took some awesome videos with his GoPro!! There was a storm coming in so they changed the time of our dive, which was nice of them to accommodate. Overall great experience! – via

Aldo and Jessica were amazing instructors! We went through the three-day certification course and did 7 dives not counting the “confined” water section. The instructors really focus on teaching you the skills and not just checking the box and they were super helpful teaching us to maintain buoyancy and how to navigate the strong currents we experienced around Cozumel. Would definitely recommend! – via

Best overall experience with a dive shop, anywhere! The shop manager (Carly) and staff, dive masters, and captains, all are wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the only shop we will dive with in Cozumel from now on. – via

Possibly the only shop in Cozumel that doesn’t seem to want to sell anything. I stopped in looking to add a pair of fins for my family. My wife size 9, daughter size 8 and son size 6. Checked the scubapro website to see size small was recommended for all 3 and confirmed they were all using size small. The ladies in the store would not let me buy them unless someone tried them on before purchase. Maybe it’s store policy but seems like it would be better to notify customer of no returns policy and then let customer make the decision. My family snorkels and dives several times per year. I know what I walked to the store to purchase but will find another store on the island or buy them when I get home. – via
