We have done our Open Water, Dry Suit, AOW & a reactivate with Scuba Blue and would recommend them to divers at all levels.
Each course has been brilliant and Vicks & Midge know their diving inside out, making learning to dive a great experience (come rain, shine, or storms ????). Each dive with the team has been exciting and challenging, but it is very obvious you are in safe hands each step of the way – shout out to Vicks for keeping the more practical among us on the straight & narrow with e-learning ??
Alongside quality teaching, time spent with Vicks & Midge also means getting familiar with top of the range kit & meeting some of the wider Scuba Blue team, who volunteer their time to come and support courses, both in the water and on the ground helping with kit & dive records. They’re also a great bunch & really add to the overall experience.
& in case you needed more…Scuba Blue organise diving trips (days, weekends & weeks abroad) for their members to ensure you’ve every opportunity to keep diving after you get your certification – but they’re really popular so you’ve got to be quick!
We’ve loved our diving experience with Scuba Blue, & look forward to more courses and diving with the team! – via

Took 26 Scouts Scuba Diving last night with Scuba Blue.
What a Fantastic experience, from the first point of contact with them, everything was first class, communication in the build up and then on the evening everything was spot on and way beyond our expectations.
One to one teaching and so brilliant with the young and nervous Scouts.
I have been running Scout activities for years and Scuba Blue are way the best company we have used, Vicks, Midge and Team couldn’t have done anymore for us. Would throughly recommend to any youth group Fantastic service and value. – via

Huge thanks to Vicks, Midge and all the team for getting me through the course. Early on, there were moments I doubted I could get a grip on the buoyancy, but quickly learned to have absolute trust in the instructors and felt completely safe in their hands. With plenty of encouragement and patience from the team, the moment I “got” the buoyancy was a massive highlight – it just felt like freedom. I really appreciated getting through all the required skills before the final dive, which was utterly amazing from beginning to end – I’ll never forget seeing the Jacquin emerge into view, or looking down over the pit of the crushworks for the first time. The instructor/student ratio was excellent and I couldn’t have hoped for a more friendly and welcoming vibe from the whole team. Absolutely first rate, I would recommend 100%. I’m already signed up for another course with Scuba Blue. – via

Over the past two months, I have had the absolute pleasure of doing 3 scuba diving courses with scuba blue – PADI open water, advanced open water, rescue (as well as a dry suit bolt on course). Having never done any scuba diving before, I was extremely nervous about getting started. From the get go, I was instantly put at ease. Midge and Vicks are some of the warmest, welcoming and friendly people I have ever met. They truly make you feel like a part of the scuba blue family. All the instructors I met are an absolute credit to the company. They’re clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and that makes the whole experience even more comforting.

There were a couple of moments where I felt particularly wobbly, and I almost pulled out of doing the courses. At no point did I feel any sort of pressure to continue from the scuba blue team, but I did feel supported and encouraged. This enabled me to rebuild my confidence and continue the courses where I left off.

The courses are delivered in a fun, engaging, but above all, professional manor. I couldn’t recommend scuba blue enough to anyone looking to get into scuba. A huge thank you Midge, Vicks, Chris, Shane, Karl and the rest of the team!! If I could give you 10 stars, I would, but give will have to do. – via

Learning to dive with scuba blue has been amazing. I was feeling quite anxious about diving but throughout the entire experience I felt safe and relaxed . Every lesson enjoyable and informative, and I feel much more confident about diving now. Vicks and midge were amazing teachers and everyone in the team were also friendly and lovely. – via
