Took a number of classes here over the years. Have also taken classes and sat through classes that friends/family were taking at 7 other places during vacations and when living elsewhere. Given that experience I feel comfortable in saying that this location provides top-notch instruction. Not only is the quality high, but these folks are happy to follow-up as necessary. They aren’t just printing C-cards; they are building complete divers.
Caveat — I’m a recreational diver. I don’t have experience regarding the more hard-core side of the house (e.g. tech, divemaster), though if my experience is anything to go by it’s great. – via

Fantastic shop, owners, instructors, and staff. I had talked to multiple divers before selecting a shop to go through, and they all suggested Scott’s.
After doing Open Water, Dry Suit, and buying gear from them, I would definitely agree they’re the best in the area. Coming from a career where we always take classes, sometimes with instructors who are in it just for the extra money, it was very refreshing to train with Josh and Jenny. They definitely care about their craft, which makes training and purchases with them so much better.
Whether you’re looking to start diving, expand your capabilities, or purchase something new, you need to reach out to them. Overall it’s been a 10/10 experience. – via

I have been diving and visiting shops for many years, WITHOUT A DOUBT this is the best batch of instructors that you can find in a 5 hour radius. My 10 year old son just did his open water class with instructor Eric and I could not be happier. Easy to work with, very patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic!
Stellar crew ! – via

I visited Scott’s scuba with intentions on selling some of my scuba gear, I also got to meet the owner Jenny. Even though I didn’t part with any of my gear I will say she was very helpful in pointing me into the right direction and told me about a few Facebook groups where I could sell my items. They have an awesome shop as well. So if you’re looking to buy some scuba gear, refilling your dive tanks or looking to get certified this is a great place to check out. If not and you’re looking to buy just a cool tshirt or a nice piece of art work go check out Scott’s scuba! – via
