Lots of hiking trails to enjoy, all in all its over 20km. When they give you the map it makes it seem like the routes are much longer than they are. Most were between 1-2km. We ended up taking 4 of the routes and managed to do that in under 2 hours and definitely not at a rushed pace. There is some elevation so make sure you are prepared for that. The trails can be muddy so make sure to wear appropriate footwear, we are both glad we wore hiking boots The caves are closed in the offseason, as well as several of the other activities. And make sure you are there as early as you can. It closes at 5pm, but they stop letting people in at 330pm and lol the gates at 5pm so make sure you’re done with all your activities by then. – via google

The place is definitely beautiful and the hiking was great, but… I think charging the amount that was charged- $77 for 3 of us to just hike was a little steep. Caves, caverns weren’t open( makes sense for safety reasons) even the warming hut wasn’t open, couldn’t snow shoe or ski, again not their fault but, don’t charge so much when more than half the stuff is closed. If we hadn’t driven almost 2 hours to get there we would have just waited until the park was fully accessible. – via google

It’s a fun experience to snow shoe hike. Definitely can be tiring if you’re out of shape haha but there’s nice views and water running through the mountain. Peaceful and calm.

My only issue is the cost. It was $111 for my husband and I. About $27 each then $20ish to rent snow shoes each. Seems very expensive for what the hike is. I know that the cost helps to pay to protect the hill and maintain it but it’s expensive so keep that in mind before going snowshoeing. – via google

We arrived not really knowing what the place was. We are not skiers and maybe this is why we were met with outright hostile reception from the 3 staff.
It says there’s a hiking trail there. As soon as I tried to open the door that leads to the park I was yelled at and told I had to buy a ticket to get outside.
I will look into whether the actual trail is private property and if they can even charge for using it (other than for skiing).
However, this is not the matter I’m complaining about.
It’s the customer service. They are angry, rude and aggressive.
Oh, when we were leaving we wanted to see what was across the road and a completely insane woman jumped out of their trailer and started yelling at us at the top of her voice.
I don’t recommend this experience to anyone, unless you want to be received with hostility and be an object of abuse for people who apparently think they can take out their frustrations with their miserable lives on customers. – via google

Went to the Scenic Adventures for Snow shoeing/X-Country Skiing!

The route itself was decent. All the view points are obstructed by an abundances of trees though so you really don’t enjoy the full view (No one’s fault. That’s just nature).

The grounds were well kept. The trails for Cross Country Skiers looked awesome HOWEVER, the price for just being able to enter is steep.

Understandably you are paying so that you can walk freely throughout the routes and you get the suspension bridge. But I don’t feel the price is worth it.

We paid about $70 for just the entry fee. We were lucky out cabin gave us Snow shoes. The suspension bridge is alright but honestly the view is kind of meh because of all the trees and stuff blocking the view of the bay.

Service was extremely friendly and nice. The only downside is the cost for what you get. – via google
