Service was hit and miss. We did come over a holiday, so that may have been part of it. Overall, service was friendly. Our room was nice, we got an ocean front room, but the bed was definitely sagging in the middle. Shockingly, it didn’t hurt my back.
Resort is beautifully and keeps going and going. Many pools. Hot tubs aren’t really hot, but more of a giant whirlpool tub.
Snorkeling on the resort was amazing. So many fish, the excursion out was less exciting, but still worth it.
Had a great time on coffee tour, downhill biking on blue mountain etc. Great trip overall. I’d skip the hibachi restaurant, Caribbean was excellent as was the sushi. – via

Jamaica is such a warm and loving island. The people are what makes it special. And the staff at sandals ochi prove that. Always a smile and there to help. With 16 restaurants, you will find exactly what you are craving. I would highly recommend them. 5 star servive. – via

I am writing this review at 4 am. They have this loud water pumps that makes constant and extremely loud noise and specifically works at night. If you are looking for a good night sleep this isn’t the best place for you and I am a HEAVY sleeper. – via

Great vacation! Plenty of restaurants to choose from and friendly staff. Two main areas to stay at with a very short bus ride between the two. The hillside has the better pool and a fun speakeasy at night. We stayed at the ocean side location which I preferred. I like the ocean more than a pool. The beach club staff was very friendly and would set up fun events and games to play. Plenty of off resort activities to do as well that can be arranged through Sandals. We did Dunn river falls through Sandlas that I would recommend. I do wish the beach was larger but still very enjoyable.
