I rented a kayak from them more than a few times in the past. My experience has been quite positive. The crew is efficient and quick. I always interact with this guy who spent substantial time in Australia. I enjoy my conversation with him! Be sure to rent a kayak when it is not windy, though. It is more fun when the water is not choppy. – via

Tripadvisor advertised the activity for 19$ per person, but another 13$ per person was due at check-in. Adding time was also 30$ per person, which would be needed (no matter if it’s windy or not) to kayak around the tropical islands as advertised. So a bit too many hidden costs here and there. That does not feel right. The experience itself was fine, too bad we couldn’t get too far with the kayaks. Personal was very friendly. – via

(Translated by Google) Bad experience!!! My family came to visit Miami, and a guy who works there was writing down my relative’s credit card information, so we decided to cancel everything and leave the place. It’s unfortunate that these things happen.
My family came to Miami for a visit, and a guy who works there was taking down my family member’s credit card information, so we decided to cancel everything and get out of the place. It’s a shame these things happen.

Mi familia vino de visita a Miami, y un chico que trabaja allí estaba anotando la información de la tarjeta de crédito de mi familiar, así que decidimos cancelar todo y salir del lugar. Es una pena que pasen estas cosas. – via
