I was told over the phone the price is $60/hour and $90/two hours for tow kids since we share one instructor. Therefor, we booked two hours. Unfortunately, the kids didn’t like it and refused to do it after 20 minutes. The instructor is nice and told us that we pay one hour is ok. But the back office charged us $190. I called the office to discuss the overcharge, they agreed to refund us $60 but it is $60/hour for each kid not two kids. Those back office person is not ethical. They cheated us when I called them to make the appointment. – via
