I made a reservation with 50% of payment in advance for a stay in April of 2020. However, with the Covid-19 situation my flight and trip to Brazil got cancelled. I have written several emails and left messages to try to postpone or get credit for my payment but have received no answer. Very dissapointing! 🙁 – via
