– we pointed out the problem and they always ignored us
– the structure is outdated and in a dilapidated condition. They only renovated 3 rooms to do the photo shoot. However, the same photos were used to promote all the rooms. The rooms you see in the photos DO NOT EXIST!
– there are no sunbeds on the beach, only in front of the rooms. It was necessary to carry the sunbeds (very heavy) by hand, on the sunset side the sea is 30/40m from the rooms.

– every evening at 5 in a destroyed football field all the hotel staff gather to play football. This is their main interest during the day.
– finally at 6:30 in the morning and at 17:30 every day, without warning, a little man passes by with an internal combustion engine that vaporizes an insecticide that is sprayed everywhere, the island seems to be on fire, I’m not kidding. Tutto il resto un disastro.
– abbiamo prenotato una camera, che ci è stata confermata 3gg prima del nostro arrivo ma, una volta arrivati ci hanno fatto soggiornare in una camera fatiscente. La copertura del tetto era mezza rotta, c’erano pezzi di ferro e reti arrugginite ad altezza occhi. Pericolosissime!!
Noi abbiamo prenotato la SUPERIOR DELUXE VILLA e ci hanno fatto soggiornare in una favelas.
– abbiamo fatto presente il problema è ci hanno sempre ignorati
– la struttura è obsoleta e in condizioni fatiscenti. Hanno ristrutturato solo 3 camere per fare lo shooting fotografico. Le stesse foto però sono state usate per promuovere tutte le camere. Le camere che vedete in foto NON ESISTONO!
– non ci sono lettini in spiaggia, solo davanti alle camere. Bisognava portare i lettini (pesantissimi) a mano, sul lato sunset il mare è a 30/40m dalle camere.
Gran parte della gente, per disperazione, si butta in spiaggia sugli asciugamani
– lato sunrise ci sono 5/6 lettini in più, che vanno a ruba.
– come lasciate la spiaggia la sera la troverete la mattina, non esiste la minima cura. Lo staff è inesistente
– la struttura dichiara 2 bar.. in realtà il bar in spiaggia è inspiegabilmente chiuso.
– l’altro bar principale non vi da l’acqua (anche se inclusa nel vostro soggiorno), l’unico modo per bere è andare in camere dove vi daranno 2 bottiglie al giorno
– se avete il servizio ALL INCLUSIVE vi daranno solo alcolici scadenti e non potrete prendere nulla dal minibar
– le attività acquatiche, vendute come incluse, in realtà sono limitate a 1hr al giorno a camera (es. canoa, sup, etc ). Il sovra prezzo e di 1USD al MINUTO e non ve lo dicono
– non vi dicono nemmeno che i prezzi che ai prezzi che vi diranno, dovrete aggiungere il 30% di tasse.. fate attenzione.
– il cibo è pessimo. POLLO e PESCE alla piastra a pranzo, POLLO e PESCE impanato la sera, POLLO e PESCE fritto il giorno dopo. Sempre lo stesso cibo avanzato e ricotto.
Diffidate dalle foto che pubblicano. Solo i dolci hanno un aspetto decente.
– abbiamo scoperto che l’hotel chiuderà da aprile a dicembre per essere ristrutturato. La nuova proprietà non ha interesse che il vostro soggiorno vada bene, vuole solo contenere i costi e massimizzare le entrate per finanziare i lavori.
– il management è arrogantissimo e non ha alcun interesse in voi
– hotel è lasciato al suo destino. Le lampade dei giardini sono dei tubi di fogna con una lampadina dentro di colori diversi e mezzi rotti.
– i giardini sono pieni di buchi, sembra bombardato. E’ inspiegabile!!
– il bagno della camera si allagava. Sui siti fanno vedere che hanno le docce all’aperto. Non è vero.
– ogni sera alle 5 in un campo da calcio distrutto tutto lo staff dell’hotel si riunisce per giocare a calcio. Questo è il loro interesse principale durante il giorno.
– infine alle 6:30 del mattino e alle 17:30 ogni giorni, senza preavviso, un omino passa con un motore a scoppio che vaporizzato un insetticida che viene spruzzato ovunque, l’isola sembra andare a fuoco, non scherzo. Non si puo stare in camere ne camminare per l’hotel. Bisogna scappare in spiaggia. Gli abbiamo consigliato di avvertire i clienti ma NON CAPISCONO.
