Overall coordination, communication, and planning with Resort Divers and the resort I was staying at (Jewel Paradise Cove) was poor on both ends. In hindsight, I should have skipped using my resort to schedule the dive and did it myself. Needing equipment and a refresher was not communicated to the diving guide and boat tender for the day (Chris & Troy). What made the trip experience wonderful was Troy and Chris finding last minute gear for me on the boat, doing a quick refresher in the resort pool, and just having great and wonderful attitudes. Diving with Chris and a small group of 4 total was wonderful and visiting 2 sites: Wreck Dive @ Ganja Planes & Nursery was a fun and safe experience. Would use dive company again and couldn’t ask for a better staff to dive! – via google

They took us on a catamaran roundtrip from Moon Palace Jamaica to Saint Ann’s Bay. It was a nice, pleasant drive, they provided drinks, and they did their best to liven up the sail. We stopped in the bay to snorkel for 20-ish minutes – via google

My girlfriend and I had a great time scuba driving for the first time. Our instructor was Simon he was very patient, informative and funny. My girl didn’t know how to swim and he took his time helping guide her and make sure she was safe and comfortable. After starting out knowing nothing we have learn a lot! Captain Terrance the crew for both snorkeling and the sunset cruise were wonderful, nice and super helpful. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff, they made the experience really fun.

The snorkeling was just next to moon palace and was a mostly dead reef overgrown with algae. Too bad..for my kiddo as a first time it was fine. For someone who has snorkeled a lot of places it was a bummer.

The sunset cruise was beautiful and a fun time. – via google
