Still our first night here and I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked our room with everything correct (dates and guests) and they said that they were going to charge us an extra 30000yen a night! That’s an extra 60000 for our stay! I have no idea how this hotel has so many positive reviews when these people are practicing bad business. The reviews are probably from people just coming for day activities. Beware! – via

If you are looking for a very nice beach resort then this is the hotel for you and your family. There are many activities at the hotel and they can arrange for a variety of excursions including swimming with dolphins. The location is rather isolated so getting to anywhere requires a taxi, public bus or prearranged shuttle. The cost for a taxi from Naha is over ¥120,000 so be sure to arrange an airport limo which is less than ¥2,000.

Service is spectacular which is one of the best things about travel to Japan and Okinawa.

Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Tauchern gerade zurück von 8 wunderbaren Tauchtagen bei den Extra Divers Port Ghalib. Die Basis ist sehr gut organisiert, auf Sicherheit wird großen Wert gelegt. Das Team unter der Leitung von Ramadan ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zum Hausriff wird man mit dem Elektrocar gefahren und auch wieder abgeholt, hier haben wir regelmäßig Schildkröten, Anemonenfische, Skorpionfische, Muränen, Oktopusse u.v.m. gesehen. Wir haben 3 Bootstouren zu verschiedenen Spots mitgemacht, jeweils mit 3 tollen Tauchgängen: einmal zogen Delfine an uns vorbei und einen Riffhai und später einen Napoleon bekamen wir auch zu sehen. Alles war top organisiert und der gesamte Ablauf super entspannt. Leider musste mein Sohn den letzten Tauchgang wegen Druckausgleichsproblemen beim Abstieg abbrechen, dieser wurde nicht berechnet. Vielen lieben Dank an Ramadan, Svenja, Jule, Ahmad, Ruby und alle anderen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder ? Übrigens: Da die Genehmigung für jeden Tauchgang bereits einen Tag vorher eingeholt werden muss empfiehlt es sich, ggf. schon vor der Anreise Kontakt mit dem Team aufzunehmen. – via

I was looking forward to it, but the elevator should have been completed according to the schedule, but it was not completed. The TV is bigger in the room, but it’s an arrangement where you can’t watch TV while sitting on the sofa. I kept waiting for everything, such as the front desk and restaurants. In particular, Sabie’s benefits ended almost unusable. Since then, I’ve been using another hotel, but I was surprised to find that there are so many cheap and good hotels in Okinawa. I do not recommend this hotel unless there is something very special. There is no attitude to respond to the customer’s request somehow. I was busy with work, so I asked for one of the long desks in the banquet hall to organize the materials, but it was not available.
I thought that this hotel was the best, but when I decided to use another hotel in Okinawa, I regretted how naive I was.

初めての沖縄旅行がHISさんを通じてこちらのホテルでした。15年以上前のことで良かったという事が思い出されます。以降沖縄ではこちらのホテルだけを利用させていただいて年に数回過ごしてまいりました。最後の宿泊は改装してエレベーターの増設がされているときでした。楽しみにして伺いましたが、エレベーターは予定では完成しているはずが未完成。部屋はテレビが大きくなりましたが、ソファに座ってテレビを見ることのできない配置。フロントやレストランなどなんでも待たせまくりでした。とくにサビーの特典は、ほぼほぼ利用できず終わりました。以降別のホテルを利用していますが、なんと安くて良いホテルが沖縄にいっぱいあることにびっくりしました。よっぽどのことがない限りこちらのホテルはおすすめしません。客の要望になんとか応えようという姿勢はありません。私は、仕事が立て込んだので、資料整理のため宴会場にいっぱいある、長机を1つお貸し下さるようお願いしたところ、ありませんで終わりました。
こちらのホテルが一番良いと思っていましたが、他の沖縄のホテルを利用させていただきますと、なんと世間知らずだった自分が残念になりました。 – via
