Cannot recommend this shop enough! Did my advanced open water certification with Gigi and she was the best instructor I could ask for. The dive shop was so personal and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Everyone here is so passionate about what they do and are so excited to teach and guide everyone who comes. Irma is so on top of it and helped us book our dive experience super quickly. If you are coming to dive in Roatan there is no better place. – via google

After having difficulty with other shops, friends and I booked our Roatán diving with Reef Gliders and I couldn’t be more grateful that we did.

Their staff is amazing (I would specify names, but then I’d just be listing the directory), their facility is great with gear, hot showers, safe cubbies, two boats, tables for sunset, and an attached bar at the Blue Marlin.

I came for my open water dive certification and couldn’t have felt safer, better supported, and more encouraged. Suzanne instructed me, and she was beyond amazing. They all know exactly what they’re doing, and it’s fantastic to be with such hilarious & knowledgeable staff.

If you’re looking for a dive shop in Roatán, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!

Struggling to choose a dive shop among so many? Let me make this decision easy for you—Reef Gliders is the BEST choice on Roatan for their fun dives, courses, staff, atmosphere, and so much more. I had originally booked my Advanced Open Water with another much larger resort, and after days of poor email communication I became frustrated.
On a whim I called RG and spoke directly with Irma, who instantly responded to my questions and accommodated all of our requests.
They have small dive groups, two boats, a variety of sites, warm showers, professional instructors, helpful staff, and attend to all of your gear!
I am so lucky to have found this GEM of a dive shop. Whether you’re here for fun or for some PADI courses, let Reef Gliders guide you. Couldn’t possibly rate this shop any higher!! – via google

I did my PADI open water diver’s license with the Reef Gliders in December 2022 and am so grateful that I did it there. After a view dives in the Mediterranean sea and now at the Great Barrier Reef I miss the Reef Gliders and their dive spots. The water is sooo clear there and you can see a lot of animals. Also the team was super friendly and helped with everything. If you are traveling alone you can hang out with these guys in the evening. Beautiful! ??

We went to West End for diving. The plan was to do 2 dives. In the end we did 5 and they were all great. The diving instructors are very nice, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere at the diving center is familiar and yet very professional. The diving equipment is in very good condition and great emphasis is placed on safety.

Dove with Reef Gliders for a week (15 dives) and even got an AOW. The people we worked with, the dive sites and professionalism were all top tier and one of my favorite dive companies I have worked with.

The dives never got boring and I don’t think we repeated a dive site once the whole week. Our group liked swim throughs, other divers on the boat where not a fan so the boat was split into groups based on what people wanted to see/do.

In between dives we stayed on the dock/restaurant which was a nice change of pace for surface intervals. Most dive sites were somewhere between 3-5 minutes with the furthest might have been 10 minutes away.

All the instructors (Jared, Jana, Jim) were a ton of fun and were joking around with us the whole time. On top of that safety was always a top priory. Dive profiles, sites, and skill level seemed to be all top of mind for the instructors. – via Google
