Buyer beware. Bait and switch. This operator is cheap for reason. Operator changes the terms of the bookings and refused to refund. Operator advised they were closing early on the day of our booking and we needed to be in Ubud prior 3 hours earlier. Being 2.5hr away we asked to cancel but the operator advised to seek refund via Klook (broker). While the operator was polite, they washed their hands of the issue.

There are plenty of other operators in the area to choose from. They might be slightly more expensive, but far more reputable IMO. – via google

I loved rafting experience with this operator- everything was well prepared, safe, exciting and fun. The start point is approximately 15 min drive from this place, but they take you there by car. You need to walk about 15-20 min down the stairs to the river. The ride is 2 hours long with stops by the wall bas-relief and waterfall, you also have opportunity to swim in the river. After the ride we had to go up the stairs for about 10-15 min. They give you towels and provide shower and lockers for your belongings. We also were offered lunch which was really good – fried noodles, chicken curry, pumpkin soup and watermelon. – via google

Pretty good rafting experience. Not as thrilling or exhilarating as I thought it’d be but the nature was so beautiful highly recommended. This company has everything u need, showers, lockers, wet bag and a buffet lunch after rafting. Great organisation and facilities. This place also had a very reasonable price compared to some other rafting businesses. – via google
