I stayed a week and bought the all-inclusive package. It was amazing! Well worth the value and was a great experience. There were tasty buffets for breakfast and lunch, and fine-dining style plates for dinner. The morning hikes are a must – as is taking a day trip to Zion National Park. Try out any class that even remotely peaks your interest – the instructors are so welcoming and supportive. Definitely recommend and definitely going back! – via

I stayed here last weekend with my wife and 2 other family members. It was a really nice experience. The surrounding views are absolutely breath taking. The staff was all very friendly. The rooms were very clean, and beds/linens were super comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk attendant notified me that they have complimentary S’mores making kits available to use at the outdoor fireplace. We didn’t end up using them since it was rainy… but that was a really nice touch. I would definitely return and stay here again. Great rate for what you get here. – via

This place is not worth it! I got a gc and used it, well tried to, for a massage. Apparently when it was purchased they were adamant they can’t email or give u a gc but has to be kept there.
So fine I asked to use it after my appt and after like 15 min I was told it was applied. However it wasn’t they just charged me for the amount that I had the gc as well. So I called and asked them to refund. After several minutes explaining this apparently super confusing situation I was told it was fixed.
Then I got another call that they hadn’t fixed it and wanted to refund me for all of it and then recharge it all again?!????! Cause that makes sense. So ridiculous! So 3 times to try and pay to just use a gc.
Also when I arrived at 11 they hadn’t turned on the steam room yet. – via
