I rented a surfboard and wetsuit for a 3 day trip to Raglan and was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, engaging and happy to chat about the surf reports/breaks. Very cool local surf shop and the rental boards are shaped by the owner. Would recommend. – via

Best customer service in town, and great variety of surf products! I went to buy a wetsuit and the staff was not only helpful by finding the right brand for me, but also with the sizeing. Great, friendly atmosphere in shop (can’t say that about all the surfshops in town). Don’t forget to check out the sales in the backroom, some absolute bargains in there!!
Definitely my go to shop in town. – via

The lady talked me into buying a more expensive item, and then 5 minutes later when I realized I just needed the cheaper version, they refused to give me a refund. The female manager was extremely rude. – via
