Worst place i ever been to. They couldn’t find the the drain plugs so they left it half full of water and also completely mangled my trailer. I’ve been after them for 8 months trying to have something worked out but they absolutely refuse to make it right even though they have proof and pictures of the incident. They also leave very very dishonest replies to bad reviews. This incident happened exactly as I described it above – via

Sooo this is my 2nd Prowake Supra SA450 , first was 2017 and now this new 2021 SA450 is awesome!!
The detailing and technical upgrades are phenomenal! Two aspects of this purchase were challenging– choosing the color scheme along with which options to add. Fortunately for me Carly the sales manager has the ‘eye’ and technical know-how to get the Perfect Match! The second issue is service and delivery and knowledge about how to implement the new investment. That is where Jeff shines. He is friendly, patient and literally walks you through myriad of controls while you drive the boat. Along with Mark the owner and the service department–Michelle– Prowake is THE ONLYPLACE to buy a new boat and feel comfortable in the service after the sale! – via
