I want to give a big Thank You to Robyn Fyfe. I was down in the Philippines and I could not locate my open water certificated. I contacted Pacific Pro Dive by email. Robyn got back to me after hours on a Sunday and located my open water certificate for me. Thank you again Robyn for taking the extra time and effort in helping me out. Great customer service! – via

I want to say a big thank you to Sylvain. He was so incredibly informative when purchasing our snorkelling gear. He was patient and encouraged us not to feel rushed despite the fact that we had passed closing hour. 5 stars for pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable service.
