Bought all my snorkel here. I lost one of the clasps for the finns and the snorkel mask clip when snorkelling. Went back to the shop and they replaced both for free! Great service, they don’t try and upsell you. Shout out to Andreas for all his help! – via google

Would very much recommend Blue Magic Scuba to anyone coming to dive in Cozumel! I ended up doing 2 refresher dives, Advanced Open Water course (5 dives) + Nitrox course, as well as 4 recreational dives afterwards. Everything was organized smoothly and efficiently, things worked out perfectly. Big shout-out to Ernesto and other dive instructors, they were all super-friendly and accomodating!

The free accomodation at Blue Magic Hostel is another big plus for selecting Blue Macic Scuba. – via google

I stayed at Occidental Cozumel and dived a week with Prodive team there. Very knowledgeable and patient team, takes my safety and diving experience as their primary goal. Highly recommend to dive with Javi T, who is a marine biologist and knows too much about marine lives and plants. 😀 Had so much fun and I will definitely go back and dive with Prodive more! – via google

By far the most helpful dive shop I dealt with in Cozumel. I was hunting for a pair of scubapro weight pockets. ProDive sells Scubapro but didn’t have the pockets. They made calls around town for me and got a pair located at another shop. That’s some great customer service! – via google

Fui a esta tienda a buscar específicamente un Snorkel y visor. al parecer dan buena atención, sin embargo, puntualmente la persona que me atendió, me trató como si yo fuera residente de Cozumel, me hablaba con un acento muy marcado y super rápido, que simplemente no alcanzaba a antende lo que me decia.

Necesitaba un poco de asesoría para hacer mi compra, pero como no le pude entender, pues fue evidente que no me iba a poder ayudar.

Al encargado, cuide esa esa parte con su gente, ya que no exortan confianza al cliente.

Siendo un lugar turístico, deberían ser mas neutros en su trato al cliente.

Al final, compré en el lugar que está a conta esquina. ahí el señor me pudo aclarar mis dudas y le compré.

Wanted to give a shout out to Andres. He has been working at Prodive for several years and helped save my dive vacation last week. I ruptured my ear drum on my first day diving. I went to the doctor and he told me I couldn’t dive the rest of the week. I learned about a special mask that people with ear issues could use (IST ProEar Dive Mask). It protects your ears from getting wet and helps with equalization. So the search was on. I went to several dive shops and also called around with no help until I called and spoke to Andres at Prodive Dive Shop. Andres said no one on the island carries them and to call ME Dive Center in Playa. I did and they had the mask in stock. Needless to say I was diving the next day and beyond. Because Andres referred me to ME Dive Center in Playa I was able to get in 8 more dives that week with no issues. Thanks again Andres for saving my dive vacation. – via google
