Excellent transfer service- booked via WhatsApp – fantastic response each request. Driver Avinash was professional throughout with a very warm welcome to Mauritius, he was really happy that we had returned after 2.5 years after covid.

Aucun problème rencontré, les chauffeurs étaient toujours a l’heure, ouverts à des modifications d’itinéraire et de bon conseil pour les visites. Véhicules en bon état avec siège bébé comme demandé. Deux transfert hôtel aéroport et deux tours (nord et sud).
Le seul bémol est le léger manque de réactivité pour répondre au message (pas du chauffeur mais de la personne qui gère). Sinon très bien je recommande ! – via

I absolutely would not recommend booking with this company. Their customer service is severely lacking, they’re unattentive and unfriendly as well as false advertisers. No real effort is put into their tours. For the price I paid I expected better. They also ignored some of my queries and I had to ask more than once to get answers. They give you plain answers with no real motivation to help you out. I booked 2 tours with them but ended up canceling the second after having a terrible experience with the first. – via

My parents and I have booked two transfers and two tours with this agency. Everything was absolutely brilliant. I have to emphasize that our tour to the southwest of Mauritius was put together individually following every single one of our wishes. Prices were absolutely reasonable und our driver Ashvin was just fantastic. I don’t know if I ever learned nearly as much about a country in a single day.
Our other trip was a sail to Gabriel Island which had to be postponed due to weather conditions at the first try. We were informed as soon as possible by the agency and the next day everything worked out fine.
And by the way, when arriving in Mauritius formal stuff took us more than an hour. Anyway the driver waited patiently and brought us quickly and safely to the hotel. I absolutely recommend booking with PH Mauritius. – via
