On the second day, we had another problem when leaving, since the driver told us that we were late, without having given us any meeting time. He was rude and had a bad attitude from the moment he saw us leave. He told us that he had been waiting for 15 minutes and the only thing we did was eat in the place and wait for the guide to take the elevator and leave. Also, that I had to cancel another job, which is not my problem. I do not recommend it. They should better establish meeting times and people with better attention to the public.

Realice con esta compañia dos tours, dos dias seguidos. El de Auschwitz y las Minas de Sal. El primer dia todo estuvo bien, solo que para regresar hubo confusion, porque no veiamos la guagua, pero pudimos resolver. Al segundo dia, tuvimos otro problema al salir, ya que el chofer nos indico que estabamos tarde, sin habernos dado ninguna hora de encuentro. Fue mal educado y tuvo una mala actitud desde que nos vio salir. Nos dijo que llevaba 15 minutos esperando y lo unico que hicimos fue comer en el lugar y esperar el guia para coger el elevador y salir. Ademas, que habia tenido que cancelar otro trabajo, cosa que no es problema mio. No lo recomiendo. Deben establecer mejor los horarios de encuentro y personas con mejor atencion al publico. – via
