Excellent for snorkeling and also for scuba diving! First dive deeper, at 12 meters, and second less deep, but with entry into two “caves” with natural light! Lots of marine life and a stunning landscape. Corals turn whitish due to warming ocean water! – via

Unbelievable water. Coral and fish are beautiful. My daughter got stung by a jellyfish, but Andy was so amazing. He sprayed vinegar on her arm when we got back to bus. She was a champ staying out in water until everyone was finished swim. 9 years old. – via

J’ai fait 2 plongées (scuba) avec Atlantis Varadero. L’installation pour accéder à la mer est un peu bancale, même si ils y ont installé une rampe d’accès.
Le corail souffre du réchauffement climatique et ce, même si il tente de le régénérer. Quelques poissons. – via

È una lunga scogliera non adatta ad una giornata di mare ma se siete appassionati di snorkeling o immersioni è il posto giusto.
Ci sono diversi Diving si accede al sito di immersione attraverso un varco della scogliera ed a pochi metri dalla riva si incontra la barriera corallina.
Anche qui la barriera sta morendo ma stanno facendo timidi tentativi per proteggerla
Comunque un bel sito di immersione

Wonderful experience snorkelling with friendly guides. Not too much live corals remain now although there were plenty of colourful fish. They take you 150 metres from the beach. For $15 this is a must do. – via

Waiters a little insistent to sell their products. The dive itself is a bit short as we have to wear a flotation jacket. So it’s not strenuous and could have lasted 10 minutes longer. We can see some fish and like any activity in nature, we cannot guarantee what we will see.

Arrêt inclus dans notre excursion de jeep. Bien organisé. Nous avions nos propres masques mais l’équipement semblait bien. Nous n’avons emprunté que les palmes. Il y a un resto. Serveurs un peu insistants pour vendre leur produits. La plongée elle-même est un peu courte car nous devons porter une veste de flottaison. Ce n’est donc pas fatigant et aurait pu durer 10 minutes de plus. On voit bien quelques poissons et comme toute activité dans la nature, on ne peut garantir ce que l’on verra. – via
