I’m extremely disappointed. If giving 0 stars were an option, I would.
I recently bought Reg apeks xtx50, Octo apeks xtx40, Inflator hose, HP hose & Frog chrome SPG for a total of RM4000+. I went back today with my Frog Chrome SPG because the glass had cracked after only one use in a confined water pool. We didn’t have any accidents nor did we bang it against anything and the diving instructors who were training us found it very odd that it should crack. Planet scuba was not helpful at all and simply told us to purchase a new one to replace the cracked one.
After contacting servicers to ask if it can be repaired, even they thought it odd as it’s near impossible to break.
Needless to say, I will never return to planet scuba and will be sending a formal complaint to KPDNKK. – via

Great time with Rockdivers. Unfortunately we had a bit of a hiccup with some miscommunication on the start time but the experience made up for it.
It had been a few years since we had last done a proper dive but Lenner was a super supportive dive master and went out of his way to keep an extra eye on us. The dive spots were great and Lenner did a great job pointing out eals, lobsters, fish, etc.

One bad experience is enough to deter me away from this shop.
Being new to scuba diving and such a technical sport, a newbie like myself is bound to make mistakes when selecting and purchasing gears; when each of the gears and accessories have a different function to it. Their exchange policy is not accommodating and humiliating when I asked if I could exchange a bag I bought by mistake. No customers want to make a purchase and leave with an awful feeling.
If their policy was more understanding and helpful, I would have been a returning and loyal customer as I am still collecting my complete set of scuba gears, instead I will be changing a supplier and will never return here regardless of how compatible their prices may be. From the negative experience I’ve had, I will not recommend to this shop to anyone. – via
