I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. They came to pick me up 2 hours later than the time they had given and kept saying they are coming in 5 minutes. My entire day’s plan got ruined because of their unprofessional behaviour. When asked, they replied casually saying Nepalis run late. Always assume they will come late, which was so shocking to hear as an excuse. There was absolutely no waiver paperwork or record of this flight which seemed fishy. Everything was happening as a part of their dirty black market that I wasn’t aware of. These guys don’t even show the license. The booking person promised me that he will film on gopro 9 and then I got my footage on a gopro 4 saying they are the same and the pilot said that “booking karne ke liye Kuch bhi bolte hai” Woh log. In the end, when I was unhappy with the footage, they weren’t ready to reduce the the price for the footage and only got scared when I asked where is the paperwork for this flight, clearly showing that it is this dirty black market business that is going on here.
