We went to Phoenix to try first diving experience in the sea and even without diving license is possible to dive to 12 meters with instructor. Our instructor Kot was very helpful, explained everything and we felt really safe out there. He only looked after two of us and helped us when we needed. I really enjoyed and I am thinking about doing diving license in my country! – via google

Without a doubt one of my best diving experiences ever.
I have been diving on other islands in Thailand before but have never experienced such a friendly crew and such comprehensive service.
My diving buddy and I went diving with Vincent as a guide and had “virtually” 1-to-1 support. Vincent exuded maximum confidence from minute 1 and made the 3 dives an unforgettable experience with his funny, friendly and relaxed manner.

The experience couldn’t have been better. The whole crew is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere on the boat is great. Everything is prepared, you just have to get on the boat. It was my first diving experience and I didn’t feel unsafe for a second. Big thanks to Vincent and Harris!!

The diving school wouldn’t actually get a star from me. I have rarely experienced such incompetent and disinterested behavior. We decided on a day trip with the Phoenix diving school because it got very good reviews. After it started, my husband and I realized relatively quickly that we had made a bad catch with our diving guide O. Nothing was checked from O’s side, and if something was pointed out, it was simply ignored. This is how a woman in our group of four lost air from her BCD. The woman had already mentioned this on the ship, but it didn’t matter and it went into the water anyway. When the woman told her again that her BCD was losing air, they went back to the ship and changed it. When I finally went underwater, I felt a very strong pain in my eyes and head. I was able to equalize, but it didn’t feel right. As expected, O. didn’t care. Since she was constantly busy rushing through the water, she didn’t notice anything from our group of four. My husband then helped me up and made sure I got back on the boat quickly. After this experience, diving was done for the day. O. didn’t even ask about my condition. I had very swollen eyes with severe hematomas. My husband then went on the second dive and I made the second dive his third. He was also very dissatisfied with the way things were going. It was just rushing around. All group members emerged from the water at over 100 bar on each dive, and no dive lasted longer than 40 minutes. The advertising is for 2-3 dives of 60 minutes each. If you had too little air, you would understand the shortened time. But not like that! We are very disappointed and cannot recommend the diving school at all. Too bad… – viagoogle

I had a long dive break and then I did a refreshment course with Phoenix dive in Koh Lanta and It was really nice. My dive instructor Ivanna really took good care of me and I felt very safe with her. The whole team and the atmosphere was nice and fun and even the food was good. We saw a lot of fish and a turtle and it was a really nice dive experience. Thank you very much. – via google

Guter Service, aber das Equipment leider in die Jahre gekommen und qualitativ höchstens durchschnittlich! Es war aber im Rauchpreis inklusive, deshalb relativiert es das!

My boyfriend and I got our Open Water certification with Andaman Dive and we couldn’t be happier!
Their boat was great and they do everything for you to feel good and safe during the dives. The equipment also looked very good and they had great food in the boat.

The high point of this dive was definitely Thor, our instructor! I had difficulty with some skills and felt pretty scared during the first dives and Thor was so patient and helped me in every way! He was so supportive that by the time the last dive came in, I was already feeling more relaxed and confident!

Thanks to all Andaman instructors and personnel and special thanks to Lisa for helping us with everything we needed before we arrived in Thailand. – via google

I loved my dives with Phoenix! A super friendly, funny, and conscientious team who keep the groups small and the dives safe. I initially booked 2 fun dives in Koh Haa and had such a great experience I then booked on for another 2 dives in Koh Bida (plus I had the option to join a wreck dive at the end, and having that flexibility was really nice).

As it had been a long time since my last dive I was able to do a refresher session in the pool which calmed my nerves – Zach was amazing at taking me and another student through the open water skills and leading us (patiently) on our Koh Haa dives. He was really encouraging and I was just able to relax and enjoy myself.

Brent was my dive guide for Koh Bida and he is very passionate about the wildlife which is awesome – eyes like a hawk! I saw a lot of the much smaller marine life because of him, most of which I would have just swum straight past.
And then of course there’s the boat team, Aonna at the desk, the snorkeling and free diving crew…. they’re all lovely!

Everything was taken care of for me (pick up, food, equipment) and the atmosphere was just relaxed and fun, it was the highlight of my trip 🙂 I’d encourage anyone to go with Phoenix. – via google

Wonderful dive shop. Great people, great boat, and incredibly accommodating. We initially had booked a trip to Hin Daeng, but they had to cancel it because there weren’t enough people signed up for the trip. JJ went completely out of her way to try and help us by calling every dive center around to find us a trip to Hin Daeng.

They were so friendly and helpful that we decided to go with them to Koh Haa which was an excellent decision. Beautiful dive sites.
