Paragliding in Medellin is relatively inexpensive. All operators more or less have the same price. Parapente San Felix is a licensed operator and I felt completely safe during the flight. Nice that videos and photos are included (you can do the filming yourself). For some reason we only flew above the mountain and not above the city as others were doing (which I would have preferred).

Communication could be better. They send you standard WhatsApp message with information which is not always fully correct (E.g. stating that it is a cold day when it is not). They give you the impression that you reserve a time and although I understand that timing also depends on weather conditions, in practise the time of your flight depends on the order people show up at the desk, irrespective of you reservation. No directions how to get to the take-off area (the one for San Felipe is a bit higher than others). When arriving at the take-off, someone wrote down our name and did not tell us anything (like wait for x minutes). All no big issues (and no reason not to use this operator), just the difference between good and excellent. – via
